We did start our own company and delivered our first software product in the mid 90’s. We were proud and pleasantly surprised that a large company was actually using our software, (I mean our own code!), to run their entire business! Somebody took a chance on us young guys, gave us the opportunity to help them. The programs were slotted, the orders were processed for the whole month and the invoices went out right on time, our client was happy!
We realized we needed more options for our own company and started going to self-help sites, visiting the usual destinations of freelancers, craigs-listers, site-hosters proclaiming easy logo design, 5 minute websites, and constant email marketing contact, ready-made blogs and social media friendliness. We were lost, we were exhausted just thinking about where to start and how do we pull this all together into a cohesive service for our own business.
