We have Chromaticians working in all web disciplines and in nearly every major timezone. Our "all-hands" team calls are usually pretty fun: some are just starting their day – others are just starting dinner. At Chromatic, we're downright obsessed with making the web the best it can be, but our company is about so much more.Fundamental to Chromatic’s values is a strong set of ethics and an unwavering adherence to our collective moral compass. Whether we’re developing full-blown web applications, designing interfaces, leveling up internal teams, or just fixing a few tricky bugs, we give each project our full attention. Regardless of the type of work, Chromatic will always aim to follow or set best practices, never build in artificial dependencies on our team, teach our clients to fish, and through that, delight them in every way.At Chromatic, we believe that we have a responsibility to give back to the communities we are a part of and benefit from. We give back to open source communities through code contributions as well as by presenting at and sponsoring conferences. We also volunteer in our local communities and have a company-wide charitable matching program. Making a positive difference in our world is fundamental to who we are.
