In a time where billion dollar businesses are built around tech products, a focus on how these products are experienced and consumed by the end users has become inevitable. Every experience is designed to make the user feel accomplished, delighted and wanting to come back for more. Who designs these experiences? That’s a Product Designer, that’s someone like me. The first step in building something new is understanding what problem you want to solve, and for whom. Design is the art of solving specific rather than abstract problems. If the problem is not clear or well-understood, you can’t evaluate how effective your proposed solutions are.
